Open gas

1. Before entering the gate
2. the upper small door on the left

3. open small door
4. turn vertically the handle on gas meter

Contatore gas

Open water

1. Entering the gate
2. under the window, to the left
3. open the small door
4. to the right of the blue water meter
   

   Contatore acqua
5. turn counterclockwise the green handle

Electric power

1. Before enter the gate,
2. at the left side of the wall

3. open the small door
4. switch on

Heater

Switch on hot water heater

1. The heater is on laundry

2. check the pressure gauge, it has to be between 1 and 2

3. if it isn’t see the following section
4. turn the handle on 1

Switch on

Top up the heater water (pressure < 1)

1. Under the heater
2. turn the black little valve counterclockwise
3. you hear the water flow and the pointer of gauge increase
4. set the pressure between 1 and 2

switch on/off the heater

1. In sitting room
2. on timer
   

   cronotermostato
3. to switch on, press the button with hand symbol, until it show a black line
4. to switch off press the button until show “off”
5. for using the daily setting, from the “off” setting, press for a few of seconds the left button (hand)
